Dissipation?

I must be the only person who finds emergency tactics more useless than Dissipation. Dissipation is at half useful if A) The other healer dies during a high damage situation and you need the extra lustrates to survive until the phase calms down to rez them B) When damage starts coming in hard you need the extra aetherflow and need to switch from selene to eos.

Emergency Tactics though, by the time I've pressed it and go half way through succor the white mage has finished casting medica almost topping everyone off, to the point your emergency tactics becomes a hindrance because you can't create the shield that would be needed. If they would only add the next shield skill has no cast time or just change it to a guarenteed crit abilitie I may actually use it in, you know, emergencies.
