Saving skill sets per job

Alright so, ever since I started playing I've used 2 skill hotbars for my skills on the jobs I play. It has come to the point where I need more room and can't share spots on the second hotbar anymore. I play on PS4 and the hotbars I use are 1 and 8, toggling through only those 2.
Now my question is, is there a way to save hotbars for every different job? I use default settings for the hotbars and so far it only saves the skills on the first hotbar 1. On the second hotbar I toggle through, which is hotbar 8, it saves the same skills on it regardless of me changing jobs. Hotbar 1 changes all the skills on it every time I change my job. Anyone know how to save the skills per job on both hotbars? These are the controller hotbars btw.

Under the Cross Hotbar settings (Character Settings), you can change whether a hotbar is shared between jobs or not.

For instance, I have Hotbar 3 shared between all of my jobs, as it has my mounts, companion, teleport, etc. The rest of my hotbars are not shared and so they change depending on my current job.
