Lag on peak times since 2.55

Hello, PS4 user. I was lucky enough to not have any lag issues until 2.55 where I started to get lag during peak times on week nights, since 2.55 the lag issues progressively become worse. I have Verizon Fios running 75/75 connection, my PS4 is wired to my modem. I don't think it's the service since I've been using Fios since the launch of 2.0 and I haven't had this kind of lag until now. Though I did upgrade my modem/router to one of the Fios Gateway routers this past weekend and the issue still continues.

I really do enjoy this game but it's getting to the point where I can't even consider running Bismark or Ravana EX fights, and there is no way I can do Alexander Savage with these issues on peak nights. I don't think this is an issue with my isp as it just happened with an update with the game, and I've heard many others with different other ISPs having the same issue. I really hope SE is working on this, or at least aware of this.

I'm on Balmung btw, and I know Aether has two of the most populated servers in the game.
