Sheltron should work like 1.0, when it allows you to block magic spells.

Ironically, Paladins were considered weak for 90% of the 1.0 end game, but i think most 3.0 paladins would love to have the 1.0 kit. The self heal they had was powerful and instant cast. They had an AoE 'enmity' power that was like an aoe provoke around them. All sorts of other great stuff that sadly got tabled for things like....tempered will.
