Sheltron is really good. Alexander Savage is designed in such a way Sheltron can't be properly used. That's it.

Kind of, but I'm pretty sure they just have auto attacks set up as a timer that just goes off on a regular interval. I believe this can cause a situation where it can go off between the time that a boss's cast timer ends and the time that the animation finishes and damage is actually applied. If the boss sneaks an auto in that window it eats the sheltron buff so it doesn't get used on the tank buster.
