Sheltron should be 1-2 second block

an autoattack wouldn't trigger Sheltron directly after the long cast of Flatten).

'Cause like all abilities th' effect is animation locked, but already happened. The flatten went off, ate the block, then an autoattack occurred, then the flatten 'happened'.

It's the same idea as benediction an' hallowed ground hittin' ya but endin' up on yer corpse.
