I need to speak with a community manager regarding a recent contest, the Heavensward FC Recruitment Contest, and not sure who I should reach out to, and where. Any help would be appreciated.

My FC (Oath to Order on Gilgamesh) was one of the contest winners, and it's been a little over a month since the winners announcement. We have grown due to our recruitment video as with the release of Heavensward and have purchased new larger house, to facilitate that growth.

We got a great deal on a housing plot already owned by another FC and we are all transferring and I am taking ownership of that FC.

I want to be sure that everyone who was eligible to win the contest will still get their prize Mandragora Choker, those who were in the FC prior to the winners announcement.

One of my FC officers (Celestine Delphinus) has already contacted Square Enix today, via the in game support system, via phone and the Square Enix website, and they have directed us to the forums - stating we needed to speak with a Community Manager for help.

Again, anyone who can help me I would greatly appreciate it!
