2 star? it will be 4 star by then. You will also have to collect 24 items from each zone and dungeon in the game, each will have a 1 in 1 billion drop rate. You will then have grind one google lights.

I just hope it doesn't require any effort, cuz you know, that would be bad,

I sort of have a feeling would go back to how books was. Kill these guys, do these dungeons and do these fates.
Guessing you need eso items that would come out in 3.1 to buy books. So maybe headstart would be you get one free book. Lol!

It will probably be ilvl 215 in patch 3.1 and will go up in 3.3

You have no choice. First relic demanded a 1star weapon. This is probably be the case again, probably.

Since SE is making so many efforts to make content more casual friendly, it will be a 2 star weapon, that requieres at least 5 red scrips materials, making it accesible for the larger part of the population for arround 40 to 50 mill gil. Enjoy the "casual alternative".

They have never stated this. They said they will "consider" them. Nothing else was ever concrete. People really need to go back and reread the interviews.

I'm very curious about this. Since the Esoterics weapon upgraded and the savage raid weapon are both i210, I think this leaves the potential for them to make the Relic weapon the strongest weapon in the game (our i215).

Nexus and Zeta would like to disagree with you. They were at least on par with coil weapons when they were out.
