Problem is, we need BRD/MCH for end game raid end less and less people are ok to play a broken job.

Can you please explain exactly what is broken? Both jobs currently keep up with the other DPS just fine and providing the support necessary to beat the hardest content.

BRD has an actual skill cap now and people say its broken because of it.
