I'm very confused. Are you married in game and now want to in game propose to your out of game girlfriend to have an out of game wedding? Did that question make sense?

While the game is great and all and its wonderful that you two play together and can share the enjoyment of the game with one another, imo something as important as a marriage proposal should happen in the real world as the intimacy of an actual tangible proposal setup with all its mushy romantic trappings will be much more meaningful.
However, it is your decision so do what you wish, those are just my two cents on it.

As nice of an idea as it is, here are my thoughts, as a girl, on the idea.

My boyfriend and I met online playing video games, we now live together and still enjoy games. However, if he ever decided to propose, and did it in a game, i think i may murder him. Maybe it's just because he lacks in the romantic department, but if I were to be proposed to, i'd want some mushy ass Disney type shit. But of course not all women are created equal.
