I like this post honestly because it drives the point home. Too many of the other thread have people saying AST is fine and nothing is wrong. Pics like those prove that AST are now being left out. It shows the devs it's not a vocal minority just complain but the community as a whole that feel AST is lacking.

I don't know what forums you've been visiting but the devs are already aware and fixing it. What more do you want? You don't need to tell them there's a problem, they already know.

Devs have stated that they will monitor how jobs areperforming and will take action if they need to. Despite a few cooldown issues astrologian is performing well.

Well, speaking from years of experience, there is no such thing as a good hybrid in the Tank, healer, and damage dealer trinity. Damage can't be hybridized because any hybridization comes at the cost of damage, so DPS checks become a problem. Healing is in a similar boat, since it is just the opposite of damage. The roles would have to be very different to handle hybridization, which is why the trinity from WoW is not a good match for Final Fantasy with its never ending rainbow of jobs.

AST has some serious issues at the moment. My AST isn't 60 yet, but whenever I do content with members of my raid group they always comment on how much weaker my healing seems when compared to my SCH. Add that to the fact that I can keep people up on SCH while adding 400+ DPS and you have a view of just how bad it is.
