    Can we get actual timers on our action recasts?

    If you look in the menu when you have an action on cooldown there is an actual timer like 1m or 20s.

    This would be really helpful to have on our actual skills on the hotbar. I hate when long recast skills like hallowed ground have a few seconds left on the recast but it looks like it is ready because the recast animation is so tiny you can't see it so you press it, nothing happens and you die.

    That always happen to me when I play summoner. Dreadwyrm trance, raging strikes, tri-disaster. Clicking contagion and keep doing other cool attacks, and then when bio 1 is at like 3 seconds left I'm all like "hey you bio why are you expiring already?" and I realise that contagion was never casted because i used it too early.

    They had them in the beta. I'm not really sure why they decided to remove them honestly.

    I'm in favor of this. While I know the CD time of my skills, I rather see the remaining time in numbers at a glance than having to think what 2/3 of 180 seconds is.

    You can use it with /echo, then only you will see the timers.

    It's less about knowing the recast and more about knowing you have a skill available when you need it. If there's a timer it's a lot clearer that it is still on cooldown than with the current animation.

    Say a tank buster is coming, If I look at sentinel and it looks ready I'm going to press it. Then nothing happens cause actually it had 3 seconds left on the cooldown that I couldn't see because of the bad recast display. Tank buster hits me, I die.

    In this scenario I wouldn't have had time to use a recast macro and check that it's available, I just need to know from looking at it and react. If I could see that it has 3 seconds left from looking at it, I could react to that and use rampart instead.

    I'm actually surprised they haven't had an option for this yet, it's massively helpful to see what the actual time left for the cooldowns is.

    Yes but I can't believe in this day there are still data server limitations for paid mmo's. But it is what it is.
