Ironworks Magitek Orrery Animation Bug?

Steps:
1. Equip Ironworks Magitek Orrery
2. Draw weapon at a standing position
3. Draw weapon while moving to see the difference
* Try On shows it correctly but the bug is with in-world character

There seems to be a small bug when drawing the Ironworks Magitek Orrery weapon out. In the Try On option it shows fine with how it flips around and starts to glow. However, in-world when you draw the weapon, it skips almost the entire animation and just glows.

*In addition
It seems the animation of the Orrery will play out fine while moving(walking or running) but standing idle and drawing the weapon skips the animation.
