    How hard do you think it will be to find HQ materials?

    It has already been confirmed that if you use all HQ materials, its almost indefinite that it will result in an HQ synth. However, with the rate of which we can find HQ materials, this would seem a bit too simple.

    I do not think I have come across anything said about this before, but.. will HQ mats be that much harder to find after the patch? If not, then it would make crafting HQ equipment way too simple. This alone would create some standard when it comes to selling items in the Market Wards and would cause the NQ items to become worthless, so to speak.

    Another thing I am concerned about is the HQ System + Dying System. Say if you crafted an Un-dyed HQ Armor, and you wanted to dye it. For example, the Cobalt Sabaton. Since you would need the Cobalt Sabaton, a Cobalt Plate, and a Dye.. would that Cobalt Plate need to be HQ? Could it possibly hinder that HQ item and render it NQ upon dying it?

    I ask this because if something were to happen upon dying the equipment, someone isn't going to be a happy camper. D:

    You won't have to worry about this until 1.20.

    But to answer your question, it will likely be harder to get raw HQ materials after the update. However, final HQ mats (the ones you have to make) will most likely be equal to making +3 mats now. The only synths that guarantee an HQ result when using HQ mats will be finished items. So don't worry, it'll still be a pain in the ass HQing the mats for these

    As far as dying goes, it's anyone's guess. I wouldn't be surprised if it follows the same rules as finished items though (requiring all mats to be HQ).

    Ah I see, I already know that its a pain in the butt to make HQ, but if it is as hard to make as +3, then holy crap. No worries there lol. Only concern is if my +2 CON Staff and +2 THM Wand will be HQ or not D:

    Yeah I figured this much, since the dying recipes will seem to enhance the stats a bit more.
