i don't know what that is, and only play this game on the PS4. the issue was the same on the PS3 too, when i played it there before upgrading.

the support person CinciBell sent out to my house did all the testing. they spent about 2hours doing everything.

i have shelled out around $600 since early access of 2.0 trying to get this crap resolved. between Time Warner and Cincinnati Bell it is always the same result... the issue never gets resolved. as far as i am concerned, this isn't an ISP related issue. Square Enix just needs to fix their shit.
