Talk to your party... engage them... make them laugh. Then play well and i guarantee you get some commendations.

I don't know, I usually get commendations as any class. I do my job, use CD at the right time, maintain aggro and the dps just aoe. Always enjoy talking with people! Sometimes I listen to trance music, which may distract me from paying attention to what people write in chat.

I have my DRK,War, DRG at lvl60 and now im leveling up my SMN. I always test tanks out in df: if they are undergeared in dungeons or mainscenario, I use titan egi. If they lose aggro, they are not doing their job right or may feel ashamed of not gearing up properly before entering a dungeon.

If you want to do a dungeon, be geared for it. If you don't want to gear up, go do fates -> stop wasting people's time.
