Penalized for changing classes in leves when I haven't

Area and Coordinates: Camp Tranquil & Camp Emerald Moss
Party or Solo: Party
NPC Name: N/A
Monster Name: N/A
Leve: occurred during Sapped Saplings and others
In-Game Time: didn't notice... around 7:00 12/16

Steps:
1) Self or party member initiates leve, causing the error to display: "Changing classes during the course of this duty, or completing it as a class or rank other than those recommended, may reduce awarded skill points."

2) During the leve, after killing enemies, the message randomly displays: "Changing classes during the course of this duty, or completing it as a class or rank other than those recommended, may reduce awarded skill points."

Logging out and restarting the game does not fix the problem.

Just happened again on “Fungicide” at Emerald Moss at 11:47 12/16 game time. It's been doing this to me for 6 straight leves, and I've seen the problem before, usually around Gridania. My LS says they've seen it, too.
