Actually spear have it usage

= Reduce tank cooldowns for tank busters
= Reduce Mudra for ninja (20sec cd only)
= Really good for pulls (require preptime)

However if u not got ninja or tank busters moves this card is best used for Royal Road to give out a double time on other cards
