Red Scrips reset

I am not wholly sure about the point. I already stuffed my inventory with red scrips collectibles, so when they reset I'd probably cap again.
Speaking of that though, wasn't the reset should already have happened an hour or so ago?

Reset is every Thursday morning at 1:00 P.D.T.
