After doing a clean install of my operating system, and then FF14, I realized that I am missing my veteran reward Voidal Resonator mount. I submitted a ticket in game, and was told that I needed to submit this information here. I am only looking to have my mount returned to my account, as there has been nothing done on my part that I would imagine would cause it's lose. All other veteran rewards are intact.
