    You are right

    Sharing airship missions is possible IF it s a very small fc with only a few active members but for many others their fc are simply too large to allow all to use this feature. Its simply not realistic , or a solution.

    Airships should not have been tied to housing in any way.

    FC should have 4 ships like they already do.

    Personal Houses should have 1 ship.

    And yes it should be ran by ONE PERSON because there is a method to unlocking more stuff and if even 2 who don't know how to communicate or they are on at different times and cant... that is enough to screw up the flow. Now whether or not that person is an ACTUAL leader, who designates roles like you gather this and you craft that is not SE fault... they should be giving people roles to feel included and if they are not then your FC should make someone else the airship leader.

    That's not always the case. We can attempt to assign roles to be "inclusive" all we want. If someone doesn't want to be a crafter, we can't force them. And if they aren't at least gathering or buying mats to help out, we can't force them. Yeah, we want members to contribute. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. Those who don't /want/ to contribute to the success of a free company can't be made to; if they just want a company to be in while they go run dungeons and focus on MSQ, that's their decision. So the "contributors have more permissions" and "if you don't contribute, why should you get to 'play with' anything" bits still stand.

    I noticed I can't craft stuff like Stuffed Carbuncle because it is gated behind airship ventures. The problem continues. How are people with their own personal houses suppose to get this stuff?

    SE needs to do something about airships. Either untie them from housing completely . Or let people with their own personal house have an airship as well. I mean if you own your own house you obviously are a housing enthusiast and want to decorate your house with new items but now you can't because so many of them are gated behind airship ventures.
