Guildhest roulette either broken or I'm doing it wrong

I can't do the guildhest duty roulette. Every time I try, it dumps me into a dungeon or primal like I selected the dungeon roulette instead. I did the first training guildhest, I've had people from my company run me through every guildhest up to level 25, but the roulette seems to be broken for me. I've tried it multiple times, all week, no luck. Any suggestions? Did I miss opening something at a lower level?

You need to be very careful what else you have ticked while signing up for the stuff you want to do - happened to me more than once that i ended in a dungeon as i forgot to untick it before signing up for something different.

You can't select anything else when you have a roulette selected, and selecting a roulette unselects everything else.

Well, as the other replay stated, you can only have 1 roulette selected at any time. So, it sounds like you aren't properly marking the correct roulette prior to queuing. If you finished a roulette (like Trial), you need to un-check it before selecting a new one, otherwise you can't select a new one. Just make sure the little yellow check box is marked next to Guildhest Roulette. It works perfectly for me every time.
