Another comparation between AST and WHM

Why make this thread .. Our Potency r fine... our Cooldowns is the Issue and our Cards r too situational.... AST is fine just lacks healing Cooldowns to boost there healing and here r the examples

AST healing cooldowns
=Synastry (fairy for 20 sec)
=Essential Dignity (lustrate/Tetragrammaton)

WHM healing Cooldowns
=Tetragrammaton
=Assize
=Divine Seal
=Benediction


Sch healing cooldowns
=Indomitability
=Emergency Tactics
=Dissipation
=Lustrate
=Whispering Dawn
=Rouse (increase pet healing)
=Fey Illumination

This are healing cooldowns only.... this is without skills that reduce damage taken etc in all AST is the weakest link

Other cooldowns (WHM/SCH)
=Virus
=Eye for an Eye
=Sacred Soil/ Asylum
=Fey Covenant/Fey Wind

To me sch need a slap in the face they got way too much

They also have Lightspeed now, granted it only takes off 2.5 second of your cast time and doesn't effect cooldown time at all.
You also forgot Whispering Dawn, Fey Illumination, Fey Caress, and Rouse + Embrace on SCHs (they are pet skills though).

Lightspeed doesn't really increase healing throughput, but rather it's more of an MP saver/mobility buff. I don't it's considered a "healing cooldown".

You also forgot Whispering Dawn, Fey Illumination, Fey Caress, and Rouse + Embrace on SCHs (they are pet skills though).

yeah just fix my post... light speed is only beneficial for ourselfs to help with MP only..... in 10 sec of light speed (15 when using Celestial Opposition) u only getting 4 heals off only... and our heals r a 1.xx cast... our recast is 2.xx 4x2sec = 8seconds... this just give u an illusion that ur casting more when u litterally not all it does it eliminate the CAST TIME only,,, not the RECAST TIME.... dont believe me go try it urself u will only get 4 cast off only :P i know this because u can only stoneskin 4x within the buff and im always using this skill on cooldown to help with mp

Please don't touch/nerf other job because your job is weak. It's wrong.

Of course AST need buff, but SCH don't need a nerf at all. SCH can't use his powerful CD all the time since you need aetherflow to use them, and some of his CDs are really situational (emergency tactics) or arguable (dissipation). It's fine as it is.

Aetherflow aint even hard to get....unless ur one of these sch that uses it for energy drain xD... and besides i said sch needs a slap in the face because they got to much... last time i check slap in the face does not mean nerf .... so do not twist my words u damn fool xD

Actually a fair number of your stacks should be spent on Energy Drain in most fights. Only in very healing intensive scenarios is it important to reserve the majority of your stacks for abilities like Lustrate and Indomitability (the latter having a 30 second CD, so it's hardly spammable).

If you're dpsing and don't use stacks on energy drain you are doing it wrong. Simple as that.
