    Vulnerability Down in Japanese

    In the process of doing this fix:
    ・An issue with the marauder action “Vengeance” wherein the damage reduction effect would be overwritten by certain debuffs used by certain enemies.
    You guys accidentily replaced the Vulnerability Down buff tooltip and name with the Japanese one. Just a silly mishap.

    Right, this one was a merge miss on our end, and it should be showing correctly in game after 3.06. Apologies for the unexpected JP!
