So with eso reset

I desperately need to save up for my weapon. I made a stupid mistake and grabbed my belt as soon as I had enough saved up.....so now I'm going into the reset with only 75 eso on hand....which by my count means I'll be a week behind everyone getting my weapon.

Omg I did the same thing. I was so distraught when I realized I bought an eso belt instead of a law belt. *sobs uncontrollably*

And this is the type of person I've been aiming to hear from. You have your Hive weapon, but only have a 180 body (loaded with acc at that). Would you mind going a bit into your reasoning?

DRK tome body is also loaded with accuracy~ But maybe he wants to deal a bit more damage rather than gain a few more vit and ~80 defense? Or maybe he thinks it looks awesome? o:

The weapon is kind of a no brainer if you are a dps or don't have a hive weapon. The physical damage increase trumps any secondary stats on the law weapons.

At this point I am a drk, have a have a hive weapon, and a 180 chest piece. I will be getting the Alex pants, arms, belt, acc today. If I decided to go for the eso weapon I would effectively put me out of a chest piece for about another month either way. (Four weeks) so my plan is to get the eso chest, then head next week, and then Save for the weapon while getting Alex normal accessories to fill in the gaps. Just want to get rid of the law pieces ASAP.

Weapon for my bard first. I somehow managed to cap eso last week without even really trying - it's nice when it doesn't feel like a grind.

Some of the stats on Eso gear are worse than Alexander normal gear. I don't know what SE is thinking sometimes.

Weapon first. I get the most benefit from it and its nice to get the biggest/most expensive piece out of the way.

I'm not a huge raider or progression type, so i'll been getting the gear mostly for cosmetics.

For my AST, i'm starting with the hat (i needed it most, actually), and next i'm going with the gloves, and then the robe. That will cover the outer cosmetics, and i'll probably do them in order of necessity after that. I don't know when i'll do the weapon, but it probably won't be long after i get the 3 main things i wanted.

Weapon. It is the best choice as it will probably be THE weapon most people are going to be using until 3.1 (save those lucky scum lords who eventually beat A4S)

Well Lucrezia's WAR was rocking melded jewelry, but I guess a top fc doing world first progression doesn't qualify as "top end pve"

By the time we can get it, 3.1 will be coming soon and most likely outdate it, making all those weeks you could have gotten gear worthless. Especially since new relic is supposed to be 3.1, for all we know, it could easily hand out an i210 for something easy in the first part
