Dragoon is #1 DPS and hardest class right?

i really dont understand it the hate on the positionals, when its the 50% proc mechanic is really the thing to complain about.

I'd much rather have one proc come off one combo and the other proc come off the other. Positionals never bothered me. Well they did when the positionals didn't let our combo continue back in the early days.
