It probably won't, the reason being is that it's actually not that strong. Sure it's good if your only moving long enough to cover 1 to 2 GCD, but if it's more than that then your better off just taking GB off, as your procs are still stronger even without GB. Most likely the same with WM, otherwise you'd just seeing Brds spamming it all the time.

Feint in wanderers minuet (120+36 potency) is stronger than heavy shot out of wanderers minuet ( 150 potency ). The crunch is the heavy tp cost. 60 vs 80. Spaming it all the time would be dps suicide.
