This is worse than FFXI. No MP regen with enmity means no resting for MP during a party battle, particularly a boss fight. That means you only have Tranquility/Exaltation and Siphon MP (and possibly Featherfoot) to get more MP during a battle. With healing mp costs so high, that's not going to be enough for boss fights. At least in FFXI, mages could rest while DD and tank fought, if they were low on MP.
