Recover HP/MP while standing still, out of battle, and enmity zeroed

I know of no game that allows full regen in combat, except when under the effects of some spells or special skills.

That said, every OTHER game (except FFXI) has a way to regen your HP and MP quickly when out of combat or between monsters.
