Weaver Lv 53 quest reward logic?

Not only no HQ rewards, but the vendors gave no lvl 53 gear, no 60 NQ tools.

All in all, the DoW/M got all the love, and the Crafter and Gatherers were told to grind and craft their stuff. (When I finally hit Weaver/Leather/GSM/CRP to 55... it made everything soooo much easier, and I had to buy one or two HQ 53 items.) I think SE dislikes the Crafter/Gatherers. Oo

you can buy NQ main hand weapons in Allyz Lla, and NQ offhands at Mintoya's cave in the Hinterlands from a froggy junkmonger. Pardon my spelling.
