Weaver Lv 53 quest reward logic?

Well, the lvl 53 GSM quest required HQ turn-in (hardsilver bangle of casting), and the base mats for that craft required lvl 56 MIN for Hardsilver sand and lvl 58 FSH for the Mogpom for the grade 1 intelligence disolvant. By far the most annoying lvl 53 class quest I've seen And the Music box does require you to have the master book

Every crafter lv60 quest requires the master book.
For ALC even the lv58 already requires it. HQ!!
Crafted with stuff from aetherial desynth... Fortunatelly there were plenty of Hq items ppl got from maps on my server and i just bought one potion for 2k gil for that quest ><

There is some pretty big disparity between the class quests. Like WYV and LTH both have to make insanely expensive green gear for the last quest (NQ thankfully) vs Goldsmith who has to make easy to craft housing items.
