Contact a gm to reverse it for you. I think you can only do it once.

You have an 1-time item restore per account - if you haven't used it, you can.

I wouldn't for this case but it is just my opinion, it is just some tomestone gear that will be replaced in like 3 months anyways.

P.S. it may take weeks/months before you get your tomestone back - but they will make you drop the ring when you file the claim.

I've contacted a GM. Will this process take a while? The ring I purchased isn't even for my main class. I'm very new to this sort of thing, and I'm tired and a bit embarrassed about it, but I want to reobtain my esoterics before the 2 weeks needed to obtain enough to buy the weapon, if possible.

Just so you understand, you're burning your one-time-only item restoration on a half a weekly cap's easily obtained tokens instead of an important scenario like accidentally throwing away your completed 3.x relic.

You won't get your tomes back, the best you can get is have the ring swapped for another eso accessory.

A GM should be able to restore it, but as others have mentioned, it's quite literally one time only.
I've made a couple mistakes here and there, but unless it's something that's going to set me 3+ weeks back, I'm not going to bother with a GM. If anything it's just going to make me go level/gear up that new job as well.

It takes 3 weeks to obtain the necessary tomestones to buy a weapon; which is what I'm saving my tomestones for. I'm perfectly fine with using my one-time item restoration for this.

The esoteric gear is my end game. I don't don't do EX primals or savage content. I can't obtain hive weapons (Or this would be a non-issue - The hive weapons are an acceptable difference in power compared to 180 weapons that it is a non-issue), so I can only obtain new gear through this system.
