    The confirmed difference is that there's is a supposed "bonus" for completing missions (probably Ifrit?) if everyone is from the same nation. This will unfortunately prompt most people to choose Uldah... Also, it's possible that each nation may only offer gear for specific jobs as they do currently. Right now you can only find Gladiator gear in Uldah.

    Same nation as in everyone that is completing the instanced mission has to be of the same nation for better rewards?

    This only applies to the lv25 (mission/quest) fight. This is not true for the hyper/hard mode fight that gives the weapons/good stuff.
