Storyline. Join the one that you would feel proud to be a part of when you finish the quests. If you are in just going to press enter to vet to the loot faster then anyone cause all will get access to the dungeons and battles that get added. As for the items in their shops then I believe it has been officially said that all will have a bit of everything for all the classes to enjoy. Hope that helps.
