Description reads ensures the next scathe, fire, or thunder spell cast will trigger all additional effects of the respective spell.

This is technically false, if this was the case your next thunder would proc thundercloud on every single tic. It only makes sure the first tic procs.

It should say something more along the lines of: the next Cast of fire, thunder, or scathe will ensure the first instance of the additional effect will trigger.

Apologies for the confusion. For clarity, we've revised this text to make it clear that the additional effects proc only for the first hit, and we will be pushing the update live with 3.06. Thanks for the heads up!

^ Devs are pretty often like lightning - they never strike the same post twice. New posts are infinitely more likely to get a response than a request for a followup, much less a totally unrelated and off topic question.

(I know this isn't quite true, but it's not true of lightning either, so there we go!)
