When an ability say that it increases enmity does that mean each ability increases it by the same amount?
When an ability say that it increases enmity does that mean each ability increases it by the same amount?
Nope. It only applies to the ability that has its additional effect on. So let's say if you use Savage Blade, the extra enmity is only tied to it, be it used with Fast Blade or not.
Fast blade does not increase enmity
Fast Blade = DMG dealt x 1 = aggro
Savage Blade = DMG dealt x 3 = aggro
Rage of Halone = DMG dealt x 5 = aggro
Shield Lob = DMG dealt x 3 = aggro
Circle of Scorn = DMG dealt x 3 = aggro (apparenly the DoT itself doesn't have additional enmity)
Shield Swipe didn't use to generate enmity before 3.0, so Idk what it's mutiplier is. I hope the above makes sense to you, but its the reason using Savage Blade and Rage of Halone in combo is important, never out of combo where they deal substantially less damage and as a result, weak aggro
