Alexander should just give personalized loot

I have no issue with it dropping parts that need to be exchanged for equipment, but if he is going to allow us to run it multiple times to get those parts, he might as well just give everyone personalized loot so we don't have to run Alexander on repeat so much. The way raiding traditionally worked was a boss would be defeated and that would be the end of him for the week. Everyone is then free to do whatever they want. Now we're stuck spending forty minutes to an hour killing the same boss on repeat only to be forced into doing the same thing all over again on three other bosses.

Edit: I'm referring to normal mode Alexander more so than Alex savage mode.
