That is a different story. If you're in a df (or even pf) group and without asking for permission in advance just spouting out other players numbers publicly so everyone can see them, yeah, that guy deserved the 72h ban. But it would be the same if you post a random df parse in the forums without blackening names and one of the players reports you. If se had a problem with using third party tools in every case, they would have to ban all world 1st/2nd/3rd whatever progression groups because it's obvious they are parsing in their kill videos. But se doesn't do that, they congratulate them and link the kill video on their twitter. ^^
