    Admantite Ore HQ perception cap

    So I'm trying to mine HQ Adamantite Ore for my level 60 MIN quest. I visit the node and the HQ% chance reads as 0%, cannot HQ. So I hit Preparation to see what stats I need to do this and it reads: Perception >= 408

    This is weird because I have 513 perception, which is a FAR larger number than 408, and yet I cannot HQ this node.

    Does the node have an extra effect that prevents you from getting HQ?

    It doesn't appear to. And in any event the HQ adamantite is required for the MIN quest, so if the only node in the game that provides it cannot be HQ'd then that's a problem.
