Steps:
1. Reached the landing area after stone Vigil dungeon.
2. Main scenario quest is locked until reaching lvl 44
3. Exited landing area by talking to the attendant
4. Reached lvl 44, attempted to pick up next scenario quest.
5. Talked to Lionnellais, but no option to converse with Cid available.
6. Issued an in game GM ticket
7. Attempted travelling by airship to other towns and returning. Attempted repeated logging out and in again. Attempted carrying out other missions. All things suggested online in other threads.
