I say we keep the cap but make Eostrics gear cheaper. Like about the same price as law gear. That will keep people subbing. In fact people will probably sub longer since we can gear more classes which would encourage us to level more classes.

I really wish they'd just fully embrace the AF aspect and apply it to the accessories, then just make the weekly cap a per Job kinda thing. Effectively giving us 12 versions of the tomestones, each with its own 450 weekly cap.
I'd quite like to get a few sets of these. I get why the cap is in place and fully agree with it, but at the end of the day I still want to gear up multiple Jobs. What's wrong with that? If my Ninja has 450 tomestones worth of Ninja gear a week, and my Summoner does as well, how does that impact raid content? I cannot physically bring both Jobs to the raid, it simply means I put double the effort in (farming 900 tomestones instead of 450) to be a bit more adaptable with what I can play, that doesn't really impact the actual content though.
Right now you effectively have to farm for one Job over the months, before you can start gearing the next. That really takes the joy out of this games Job system IMO. If I want to grind a ridiculous total of 5,850 tomestones a week to put every Job in its pretty AF, why not let me? I capped Esoterics on Tuesday, without even trying, while enjoying Seal Rock. I'm not bored or anything as a result, but it does bother how damn long it is going to take to even begin working on a second Jobs Esoterics... Would have been much more enjoyable if I had capped my Ninja Esoterics on Tuesday, then went "You know what, I want that Summoner AF as well..." and switched to Summoner to grind out some Summoner Esoterics.
