Quick update to this post: I am seeking a permanent tank to fill in our Alex savage progression group.

We raid 8:30 - 11:00pm EST (we usually run over on time) Tues and Thurs.

While the rest of the FC is pretty laid back, committing to this raid group does have stricter requirements.

You need to be active on mumble during raid (don't need to be chatty, but no "listeners only") and be a team player.
I require near perfect attendance and I don't appreciate tardiness. That means have your food and potions ready and gear repaired before start time.
The key to success in raid is having consistent participation by players who are humble enough to seek improvement in themselves and brave enough to give advice to their team mates.

Everything else in the FC is totes chill by the way! I just make sure my raid group understands what my expectations are ahead of time.

Update!!

New recruits have entered our FC and became right at home instantly! Also another Sunday Bridge Night event: Ravana EX was a success and we got some clears for the folks that needed it as well learning the mechanics step by step, which helped them (including myself) a LOT.
