Newly formed RIP static recruiting for Alex Savage

Our static is currently looking to recruit a very skilled WHM to finish off our group. We have A1S-A2S on farm and are looking to progress on A3S. We would prefer someone with both turns down, but we're willing to look at other promising applicants.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be vocal during raid. If you're shy, that's fine, but we still expect you to speak during raid. As a healer, this is especially important when it comes to building synergy with your partner, so we expect you to speak up. We use Teamspeak for raiding.
• Be skilled. I cannot stress this enough. All seven of us are performing to the best of our ability. We don't require you to be a force of nature that never makes mistakes, we just ask that you at least care enough about your job to use it with the absolute best of your ability. We also ask that you discuss with your fellow healer ways to work together and manage your MP.
• Attendance. We expect you to adhere to our schedule as much as you possibly can. Missing a night or two is fine, life happens, but if you make a habit out of it, you'll be replaced. If you don't think you'll be able to make raid, we expect you to let one of us know in advance.

Raid times will be scheduled M/T/W/THR at 6-9pst (9-12est). We can discuss days and times if need be.
