I cannot even get 7 other people to take down Bismark so I am even further behind. And guess what....Esoteric Bard Bow is terrible...it will be waiting for 3.1 and New Relic quest for me until I can try and get the Hive weapon.

RNGesus be a cruel mistress, me and my friends finally downed Ravana EX last night and although I got my Codex the second time we cleared it (did it 10 times so everyone got totems for a weapon) my co healer never saw his drop, nor my Monk friend, Hive gun was among the drops later on.

I love how the token system really helps out in this regard, you may have terrible luck, but you will at least get something for fighting it enough.

I'm in the exact same boat.
It's like if I join a PF I have to wait a long time for it to fill. Then some people even do the call dibs on gear thing making it sound all serious.
Then we finally get inside and it's like a learning party all over again. Someone gets pissed off and leaves after a wipe (or two, or three).

It's really frustrating when people do the waymarks wrong. Do you have Dyslexia? Last time I checked the alphabet goes A-B-C... not B-A-C or some other nonsense.
Or even worse, is when the quadrants get assigned wrong. Whoever made up the "Tanks A, Healers B, etc" garbage? You're doing it wrong. It should be 1 DPS per quadrant.
These parties are doomed from the start.

"Farm" basically means "I got super lucky to be carried in a clear party so I'm going to pretend I know the fight perfectly because I don't generate the law bonus anymore". I guess the EX primals have always been this way...

I think even clear parties are struggling because of the "Did you at least watch a video?" mindset. Well, a certain video maker that we all know and love(?) actually did a really poor job explaining this fight. You either need to read written guides, learn and adapt on the fly, or have a really good teacher explain things to you. Just "watching the video" isn't enough for a clear in this particular duty.
