Honestly you shouldn't have or need to use it outside of savage to save a party because the other healer isn't pulling their weight. That's something that needs to be communicated to the other healer, with some tact of course.

I have not used this except to mess around and agree you would have to be in a very bad situation if using this.

I disagree. If you\\'re coming up on a phase where you absolutely know that you are going to burn through 3-6+ in less than the minute it takes aetherflow to come off CD and it completely -neccessary-, then you use dissipation.

If you are using it and you are already in a bad situation, the chances that some one will die or a wipe will likely happen. This is why I say it should be used to prevent that from happening.
