    Why am I having all this trouble with FF14???

    I've never ever suffered from a service this much! 2015 is the worst FF14 year in my life

    1-I've started to get this 406 or 400-sth error message when I try to use my credit card although it worked well before & still works well in other websites!

    2-Then I moved to buy crysta using paypal as I was told by SE and it worked at first, but now I only get this message



    And nothing is added!!

    3-Time card codes from amazon.com don't work (as people I got from people's complaints there) & I honestly don't want to get 60 days subscriptions each time I renew cause I'm not sure whether I can play this long without taking breaks -_-"

    What should I do now?

    Is it because I, and my siblings, share the same credit card & paypal account that SE prohibits us from using in more than 1 Sqaure account? Cause the problems always start with the 2nd or 3rd payment in an other account!

    I know some will tell me to contact SE.

    When I ask such questions in the live chat I get no clear answers. I only get this kind of order "Just try this...just do this...just wait..." ....

    And the live chat & email services, never solved a problem. So when I asked for solutions to get my credit card work, they FORCED me to buy crysta though I told that I wasn't comfortable with it.

    And when I asked them to help with me HW expansion code problem (not able to install it) they just kept telling me to wait forever so they'd one day post sth in the lodestone...I wasted subscription days & got no solution from them...Then I contacted amazon.com (where I bought the code) & in less than 24h they got me a new code from SE & the expansion was successfully installed.

    It's all been happening in this particular month!
    I'm not enjoying FF14 anymore

    Sorry for all this but I'm lost & I really need to know what to do or where I've gone wrong

    Your payment info is case sensitive. Are you entering the billing information exactly as it appears on the statements?

    Yes exactly....I've actually memorized the card's number & all info that I don't need to look at it to write them..never made a mistake...this error just happened suddenly...to make sure I tried once to write one wrong number & I got this message saying that it's not valid (not the 406 error)...when I write the right numbers again I get this error 406 message again ):

    Could always use a prepaid credit card or something too. You'd have to pay a few bucks for activation fee, though. Regarding the crysta thing: I've only purchased it a couple of times, but both times it took a while for it to show up in my account. Guessing you already tried relogging into your account, though. I dunno. You could try talking to your bank.

    At least part of your issue is probably this, when it comes to credit cards. I had the same issue with my partner, and we had to put our subscriptions on separate cards to fix it. I contacted support before that, and they said that this was the issue, I'm surprised they haven't changed this yet. That was about two years ago.

    This is prolly your issue and it took them time to notice the same names on the account. (assuming its a parents name?) The auto thing prolly dosent check for this but a tech did. If anything you should get your own card and build some credit, sharing cards and info is never a good idea...

    I've had the same problem once before; where the Crysta just wouldn't show up after paying with Paypal. This isn't a problem on your end. If your paypal account was charged the Crysta will eventually show up in your account. Sometimes it takes 15 seconds, sometimes it takes hours. Like the image you linked said: "*Please note that in some cases there may be a delay before Crysta is added to your account." It's a problem, and it does happen, but your Crysta is on its way.

    Most games don't care who's name is on the card, so long as it authorizes payment.

    Authorized card users on an account can use cards with others names on them providing ID elsewhere. I've paid subs for friends before and have used my mother's card from the other side of the country to order plane tickets.

    Same credit card(mine) was paying for three unrelated wow accounts before.

    That should not be an issue. If it is, they need to fix it.
