I. Who are we?

Avalanche Reloaded (AR) is a new LS formed for the purpose of making it easier for any player type to enjoy large raid end-game content.

II. What do we do?

We're primarily doing R50 raids at this time like Dzemael Darkhold (DH) (and Ifrit as soon as it is released). We sometimes do World NMs in smaller groups on the whim.

III. When do you raid?

Most of our players English speaking are EST,CST and PST timezones; however, we welcome all players to the LS. The goal is to allow players to form raid groups on demand by anytime just by checking in on the LS chat. We don't impose strict event times. We run raids largely on the whim, and due to our current small group, they typically happen around 7:00-9:00pm PST on weekdays and various times on weekends.

IV. What are the class and rank requirements?

There are none right now other than having a class that can join raids. The caveat is that we raid with the classes that are needed to win. With that said range classes like THM, CON and ARC are traditionally favored by SE. Other classes are welcomed, but it could mean that you will have less opportunity to raid.

V. Does AR need to be my main LS?

No, however, full-time LS members will typically end up in the raid parties just because they're more responsive to the opportunities.

VI. What are the members like?

In a nutshell, the following comes to mind:

1. Helpful: which means that you are willing to help with a raid even if you have received all the loot you need from the dungeon. I don't plan on forcing people to help with raids, or having to impose treasure drop rules for leeching.

2. Mature: we will keep a friendly environment that is drama free with clean conversations.

3. Fun: I've been on many end-game LS/guilds where players are too serious-- rules are imposed for everything and there's very little tolerance for mistakes. We want to be able to do end-game content in a casual environment. We have a mix of highly skilled players and some with less experienced. Skilled players are respected, but are also expected to be tolerant for the less experienced. We want players who's main goal is to have fun, and enjoy the role they play in the raids (and of course gets lots of treasure while doing it).

VII. How do you manage raid loot?

As mentioned in the passing above, our goal isn't to impose rules. We expect members to be voluntarily helpful. We will get everyone their needed loot at some point. With that said, we pass items on a need basis, and distribute as evenly as possible. Drops are managed naturally at this point without any strict rules.
