Blue Mage Potential Weapons

If Blue Mage were to be added to this game, what weapon do you think they would use?

Blue Mage weapons in previous Final Fantasy games are as versatile as the job itself. From whips to lances and even forks! Blue Mages are one of the few traditional FF jobs that, for better or worse, lack an iconic weapon. This opens them up to use just about anything, if they were introduced into XIV!

What do you think they would use? What would you want them to use?

Whips would be a new unique weapon that isn't used much in MMO's.

I'd really like it if ffxiv blu followed up on 11s blue and evolves upon the whole soulless beast aspect.

I think it would looks good if Blue Mage use fork or whip.

Personally, I really like the idea of whips for BLU. Maybe add chain maces in as well, for varieties sake.
