    Well, the red scripts issue is basically going back to the entire gating problem the game has and the limited avenues available to gather currency. The entire end game system as it stands with ESO and scripts is designed to create a compulsion to keep people playing rather than having fun or engaging gameplay, which is neither healthy for the community or the individuals involved.

    The issue with crafting right now is that they built a system where the only point that crafting matters is at end game, as there are no unique items to construct that can't be purchased already on the open market until the end game crafting is reached. Armorers in Heavensward make armor that can be bought from NPCs while leveling their crafts instead of something with a unique in-game model or statistics base.

    Even then, at end game the armor and other items don't usually have an iLvL that makes it worthwhile to own vs the cost to make the armor in question, so everyone mostly just gets the dungeon goods and saves the crafted items as expensive glamour items.
