Gearing up all your classes is seen as a hardcore play style. As such, it requires hardcore time investment to do. However, caps such as 450 scrips a week do not last 2 years. They actually last for a good 3-4 months when SE is ready to push newer content. When the content ages, the limit gets reduced or removed entirely.
